RI Mushroom Co.’s favorite mushrooms all in one place. This mix contains any 4 of the following mushrooms: Blue Oyster, Golden Oyster, Shiitake, Beech, Maitake, and King Trumpet for an exceptional variety of flavor and textures.
With many varieties come many opportunities for applications. They can be roasted together for a mushroom salad, sautéed and added to a quiche, stir-fried with some noodles, or as a topping for succulent steaks or chops.

Fun Fact: The majority of the mushroom organism is underground in the form of mycelium, a vegetative part of the fungus containing a mass of branching strands called hyphae. All mushrooms are the fruiting body of the fungus, which allows it to disperse spores and grow into more mushrooms.
