BROWN BEECH (Hypsizygus tessellatus)

Brown Beech mushrooms are thin-stemmed and brown-capped gilled mushrooms that grow in clumps. Originally native to East Asia, these mushrooms are commonly found on Beech trees, which is how they got their name.

Nutty in taste, they are great for roasting with vegetables and pairing with aromatic ingredients. Plays well with a variety of foods and flavors.
